  Do not use this company, they are great at taking your money and bond, but when it comes to returning your bond you will not get a response.
  this is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with.
  i am now having to look at small claims and raising disputes with my bank, luckily i paid the bond on credit card .
  *** use another company, don't use Marshall's holiday Rentals***
  PS i put one star because there is no option for negative stars

  We rented a beautiful house from Marshalls for Christmas 2015 in Blairgowrie and opted to rent the same property for this Christmas. After unexpectedly buying a property of our own in Blairgowrie we asked if they were able to re-advertise the rental property as we no longer required it only 6 weeks before the booking period. They re-advertised the house within 24 hours and within a week the house was rented and our full payment was returned to our bank account 24 hours later. We are so impressed with their professionalism and always found them delightful to deal with. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends. Well done Marshalls.

  Extremely disappointed with accommodation provided by Marshalls. Extremely expensive ($2,600 p.w.) and sublimely ordinary. Could not recommend. Taking the matter up with Marshall's after the event we received no satisfaction at all. A VERY disappointing experience. Would not recommend or use them again.

  Worst customer service ever!! If I could give no stars I would.
  Yesterday I called to enquire about a property and spoke with a woman named Cathy. She spoke with very poor phone manner, even rudely stated, "you do know that it's $1000 a night right?!". Which I already knew since it has it clearly on their website.
  I have nothing to comment about the stay, since I've decided not to do business with them, purely based on the customer service.
  If you don't like to be spoken down to or dealt with rudely then I suggest you take your business elsewhere too.
