- BROOKE LINGARD Added May 04, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I think a company is defined by how they deal with valid complaints. After being told that we couldnt check in at 2pm instead of 4pm because the cleaners wouldn't be finished yet we checked in to find the house was FILTHY. Dead spiders and moths everywhere and sand had been swept under the rug and not away. It was unlivable. I emailed them within hours to no reply and then voiced my disgust and was met with no apologies and when I asked to view their refund policy they pretty much told me to get lost. I felt their response to my complaint was very rude and I hope they improve for future customers.
