  Genuinely the worst place I've ever eaten. As soon as we arrived the wait staff were rude and pushy, after waiting 5-10 minutes for them to wipe down the table they designated for us we took it on ourselves to do.
  
  10 minutes after ordering a waitress came out and flatly said they couldn't do one of the meals, with no reason given. Half of our group's food took around 45 minutes to come out, despite it being premade, while the others continued waiting for another 15 minutes. When they asked where their food was the waitress told us, rudely, that the docket had fallen off (with no apology), and it would arrive in five minutes. We were then told that they had just sold the last pie (once again with no apology). There was no attempt at trying to amend any of this.
  
  As for the food, the sausage roll was fine (ok, but dry), the chai tasted like it had syrup in it.
  
  It's almost impressive how terrible this whole experience was, terrible service, rude staff, food not arriving, average food, attitude from them stuffing up, ready made food taking an hour. I'm impressed this place is still open.
